Our programs support young people in building creative skills, confidence, and leadership while celebrating Caribbean and global cultural traditions. Role OverviewLocation: Pickering, Ontario (Remote / Hybrid) Afiwi Groove School is seeking a detail-oriented Volunteer Program Impact & Evaluation Lead to help measure and communicate the impact of our programs. This role will focus on collecting data, evaluating program outcomes, and helping the organization demonstrate its impact to the community, partners, and funders. The Program Impact & Evaluation Lead will work closely with program coordinators and leadership to ensure that Afiwi’s programs are effectively meeting the needs of youth and the community.
