Duties

Platform Purposes: 
The Animal Guardian Society (FB) (aka “The Business Page”) 
1) Promote Animals for adoption 
● Distinct, easy to find Albums for Available Cats and Available Dogs 
● Distinct albums for “Adopted” Animals
 2) Promote Special Events 
 3) Promote Fundraising initiatives 
 4) Promote volunteer opportunities 

Friends of the Animal Guardian Society (FB) (aka The Social Engagement Page) 
1) Happy Tails Updates 
2) Posts from followers and adopters 
3) Cross posting of Special Events and Fundraising from Business Page 
4) Promote volunteer opportunities 

TAGS Instagram (customized postings specific to Instagram) 
1) Available Animals 
2) Special Events 
3) Fundraising 
4) Volunteer opportunities

Time commitment: Approx. 3 – 5 hrs per week 
 Availability: Create your own schedule but usually social media posts need to be completed within 1-2 
days unless specified in the email.
