Do you like sharing a smile and helping raise money for those who need it most in your community? In this volunteer position you will be part of one of The Salvation Army’s oldest Christmas traditions by standing next to the kettle bell and greeting people as they pass by. For individuals who offer a donation, you will be asked to acknowledge their contribution, say thank you, Merry Christmas and if resources are available, offer them a calendar for the coming new year. Join the wonderful team of Kettle Bell Ringers and spread the spirit of the season!

  • Assist with event planning, client support, data entry, fundraising activities, etc.

  • Collaborate with staff and other volunteers to achieve project goals

  • Represent Terra Nova in a positive and professional manner

  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of individuals and families served by the organization

  • Participate in volunteer meetings, training, or orientation sessions as required
