| Duties | Connect with new stroke survivors and/or caregivers in the local hospital setting. Must be a stroke survivor/caregiver. Lived experience with the effects of a stroke and utilze their experience to provide hope, encouragement, eduation and emotional support to people who are beginning the recovery process. |
